What data is collected, and why?

No data is collected without your knowledge: this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to a third-party service when the pages are displayed.
Who has access to your data?
- Gandi SAS (France) — hosting of the mailbox that receives and stores your requests.
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting of the site and of the function that processes the form. Transfer outside the EU covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. IP address and timestamp only, kept for the duration of technical logs.
- Twenty (open-source CRM) — storage of the contact record and commercial history, to follow up on your request.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to tfranck@sakuagency.fr: you will receive a reply within one month. If you disagree with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
How is your data protected?
The site is served over HTTPS. Messages received are stored in a professional mailbox protected by strong authentication.
